- 00:25cofounder and executive director of the
- 00:27Getting racism out of our work or grow in.
- 00:31Initiative grows.
- 00:32Mission is to Foster and sustain
- 00:34educational and Clinical Excellence
- 00:36in culture and diversity.
- 00:38Grow seeds provide you with foundational
- 00:41knowledge and clinical supervision,
- 00:43race, culture and diversity,
- 00:44and then practical strategies so that you
- 00:48can skillfully integrate these concepts
- 00:50into your clinical teaching and practice.
