Health & Wellness

alt text

Mental health and physical health are connected. There are many things we can all do to support positive health outcomes for ourselves, our patients, and each other. We use the term "wellness" because we believe good health is holistic, involving many areas of a person's life. As responsible providers of health care services, we at CMHC are committed to improving the overall health and wellness of our patients, our staff, and the local and global community.
