Departmental Research Divisions
Research in the Yale Department of Psychiatry is organized into Divisions that link and integrate individual research endeavors across institutional boundaries within the Department. Divisions create a critical mass of researchers focused on a common set of problems, thereby facilitating research collaboration and career development of trainees and junior faculty with shared interests. Senior leadership at the Division level provides for the continual assessment of departmental strengths and needs in critical research areas.
