Lily Balasuriya, MD, MMS, a third-year resident in the Yale Department of Psychiatry, and Andrea Diaz Stransky, MD, clinical fellow in the Child Study Center, have been awarded Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Minority Fellowship Program grants through the American Psychiatric Association (APA).
