Nikitha Menon

Nikitha is a Clinical Research Coordinator at Yale School of Medicine, supporting multi-site clinical trials in psychiatry and neuroscience. Their work focuses on study coordination, regulatory compliance, participant engagement, and data quality across complex research protocols. They have experience working across academic and federal research environments, and are particularly interested in improving study operations, supporting participant safety, maintaining high‑quality data collection, as well as fostering clear communication among teams.
