Spring 2023 postgraduate travel awardees announced

On May 22, 2023, the Yale Child Study Center announced the results of the Spring 2023 round of awards for the department’s postgraduate travel award, which offers $500 towards the travel expenses of postgraduate associates (PGAs) attending national or international scientific conferences. The awardees are as follows, along with their abstract titles, mentors, and conference attended.

Reeda Iqbal

The goal of this travel award is three-fold, to 1) encourage PGAs to present their research at scientific conferences, facilitate interacting with leaders in their fields of interest at these conferences, and 3) support career development. Eligibility guidelines and application instructions for this award, which is offered twice per year, are available on the YCSC intranet. Award committee members include Ellen Hoffman (chair), Thomas Fernandez, James Leckman, Paul Lombroso, Helena Rutherford, and Dorothy Stubbe.
