Research Summary

Dr. Ivcevic studies the role of emotion and emotional intelligence in creativity and well-being, as well as how gender and gender-related attitudes affect experience of work. Her applied educational work focuses on how to use the arts (and art-related institutions) to promote emotion and creativity skills at work in everyday life.
