Biography

He got Ph.D degree in developmental biology, and worked as a assistant research fellow in Zhejiang University. In recent five years, he showed great interest in the signaling transduction in endothelium on the post translational modification level. He reported SENP1-regulated SUMOylation played critical roles in retinal angiogenesis by facilitating NOTCH1 cleavage and stabilizing N1ICD to function as co-transcriptional factor. And he also found SUMOylation plays key roles in regulation the activity of transcriptional factors and Tyrosine Kinase Receptor (RTK).
