Robert Hale

Robert performed mass spectrometry research under Prof. Athula Attygalle at Stevens Institute of Technology culminating in a method to detect disodium oxalate in positive mode. After graduating, he completed a total synthesis of the triaminomethane alkaloid dibromoagelaspongin under the supervision of Prof. David Spiegel at Yale University. He currently operates a LC-MS/MS equipped with differential mobility separation (DMS) in the Kibbey Lab to quantify labeled metabolic markers in biological samples.
