Biography

Lisa Brophy is Associate Administrator in the Yale School of Medicine Dean's Office, where she supports strategic and operational initiatives that advance the school's mission. Partnering with leadership and colleagues across the organization, she coordinates administrative operations, communications, and cross-functional projects that strengthen collaboration, improve processes, and enhance organizational effectiveness.

With a background spanning higher education, academic medicine, and research, Lisa brings expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, executive communications, and organizational operations. Her work includes leading complex initiatives, coordinating institutional projects, supporting leadership communications, and developing practical solutions that help teams work more efficiently and effectively.

Prior to joining the Dean's Office, Lisa held leadership roles in marketing, communications, and project management at Yale and Queen's University in Canada. At the Yale Center for Clinical Investigation, she directed marketing and recruitment strategies for clinical trials and supported large-scale digital initiatives that increased awareness of Yale's research mission and expanded community engagement. Earlier in her career, she led branding and marketing initiatives at Queen's University School of Business, contributing to the school's enhanced visibility and reputation and supporting its continued recognition as a world-renowned business school.
