Lisa Brophy is a results-driven communication and project management professional with over 25 years of experience in strategic communication, brand management, and project execution within academic and healthcare environments. She has a proven track record of leading complex initiatives, fostering collaboration across departments, and implementing data-driven strategies that enhance operational efficiency and stakeholder engagement.

Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at the Yale Center for Clinical Investigation (YCCI), Lisa spearheads innovative marketing and recruitment strategies to support research and clinical trials. She has successfully managed large-scale digital transformation initiatives, optimized automated communication systems, and contributed to securing Yale’s position as a leading research institution.
