New Video Highlights Pioneering Autism Research at Yale Child Study Center

May 10, 2022

Yale Child Study Center (YCSC) Research Associate Amy Margolis joined forces with Yale Center for Clinical Investigation (YCCI) to develop a video in recognition of Autism Acceptance Month in April, titled "What can research at Yale do for a child with autism?"

Margolis worked closely with YCCI Senior Project Manager for Marketing and Communications Lisa Brophy to coordinate content and plan for the creation of the video. Brophy brought in YCCI Assistant Director of Content Strategy and Marketing Gianclaudio Angelini to produce the video, which includes engaging music and clips of happy, active children and families.

The video narration highlights how participation in YCSC research can help to provide a better understanding of social growth in infants and young children, and provide practical, real life, psychosocial interventions for adults and adolescents living with autism. Through the collaboration of scientific research and clinical service, the objective is to improve the lives of individuals with ASD and their families.
