- Area of expertise: educational curriculum development. Designed and implemented inpatient didactic curriculum for Traditional Internal Medicine Residency training program. Designed and implemented hospital medicine elective curriculum for the Yale Internal Medicine Residency training programs.

Experience locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally presenting concepts and experience with quality and process improvement regarding inpatient clinical deterioration. Medical Director of Yale-New Haven Hospital rapid response team (RRT) for 4 years. First author, peer-reviewed "Why and how to prepare, write and submit clinical cases." Multiple individual clinical case peer-reviewed publications; mentorship of many student, resident, and fellow peer-reviewed publications; mentorship of student and resident national and regional meeting poster presentations.
