Dr. Andy Beltrán is a graduate of the S.U.N.Y. Upstate Medical University psychiatry residency program, where he served as Chief Resident for two years. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at New York University and his Medical Degree at S.U.N.Y. Upstate Medical University. He has a strong interest in Immigration Health and addressing disparities in healthcare. Dr. Beltrán currently serves under the Consult Liaison Psychiatry Department where provides psychiatric services at the Nathan Smith Clinic and the Sickle Cell Clinic. In addition, Dr. Beltrán also serves as the Medical Director at Branford Community Counciling and as the Chief Medical Officer at the Hispanic Health Council.
