PA Professor Jonathan Weber Presented at Grand Rounds on Integrating Diabetes Technologies into Primary Care

Jonathan Weber, MA, PA-C, DFAAPA, assistant professor in the Yale School of Medicine (YSM) Physician Associate Program, presented at General Internal Medicine Grand Rounds on December 1, 2022. In the presentation, aimed at applying strategies to integrate diabetes technologies into primary care practice, he pointed to data supporting the use of continuous glucose monitors in the primary care setting to achieve optimal blood sugar control for patients with diabetes.
