Office for Women in Medicine and Science: "Interactive Sponsorship Workshop"

In this fun interactive workshop, participants will engage in sponsorship activities that are aimed at supporting them in their careers. Dr. Silver has designed the activities to be replicable, and she provides unique toolkits that participants are encouraged to use in the future with other groups such as trainees, mentees, and colleagues.

At the conclusion of this workshop, participants will be able to:

1. Identify at least two sponsorship activities that can be implemented in the future with groups of trainees, mentees, and colleagues.
2. Learn to use the toolkits in order to lead sponsorship activities in the future
