Dr. Son's research interests relate to clinical and outcomes-based research. Her main research focus has been on the safe prevention of a primary cesarean delivery by studying effective labor augmentation strategies, external cephalic version, and operative vaginal delivery. Her other area of research interest is prevention of preterm birth and its consequences to mother and baby.
