Research Summary
I am interested in the effects of aneuploidy in human cancers. Aneuploidy, a state wherein cells have gains and/or losses of chromosomes, is very common in cancer. I hope to use CRISPR/Cas9 screening to identify aneuploid-specific dependencies with the long-term goal of generating aneuploid cancer therapies.
