Research Summary

I am currently involved in clinical outcomes research on patients with thoracic aortic aneurysms who have been followed in a structured aortic surveillance program. In addition, I am involved in clinical outcomes studies of patients who had surgery to repair their thoracic aortic aneurysms. I have an animal laboratory that studies different approaches to minimize the possibility of having a spinal cord injury after thoracic aortic aneurysm surgery.
