Research Summary
Prior to starting my training with the Department of Surgery at Yale, I cultivated an interest in health services research as a part of Baylor College of Medicine's Transplant Research Consortium, including assessing surgical prioritization and risk assessment scores like the MELD score and evaluating patient outcomes over time. I continue to be interested in exploring resource and healthcare access, allocation, and prioritization, particularly how to better utilize statistical and comparative methods to make better care decisions for surgical patients.
