Biography
Research Summary
Most of my research activities over the past several years has been in the fields of arterial-directed therapy of liver tumors (primary and metastatic) and the use of IVC filters to treat venous thromboembolic disease. I served as principle investigator in trials looking at the use of Y-90 therapy in the setting of metastatic colorectal cancer, the use of a nationwide IVC filter registry, and the upcoming phase III trial of placing a new type of self expanding IVC filter in patients requiring temporary protection from pulmonary embolism.
Research Interests
