Research Summary

How do we optimize our care for children within a medical home? Clearly we can strive to improve how we train about primary care, but -- Can we improve on the traditional well care model via shared medical appointments? Can we address some of their unmet social/legal needs within our medical system? Can we prioritize their school attendance by improving how we interact with the school health system?
