Thushara John, MHA, MA

Thushara John, MA, MHA is a Healthcare Management Professional with vast experience in Project Management, Patient and Provider Engagement, Population Health Management, Government and Regulatory reporting requirements and various Quality Improvement projects including Performance Improvement Projects. She is also a certified professional in “Patient Experience Leadership” from Beryl Institute. She also has experience leading Patient and Family engagement activities including overseeing the Patient/Member Advisory Committee operations. Thushara has a Master’s degree in Economics from India as well as a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Suffolk University, Boston.
