Biography
Michael McClurkin, MD, MPP is a PGY-4 resident in the Neuroscience Research Training Program at Yale School of Medicine, a commissioned officer in the US Army Reserve, and a graduate student in the School of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Pennsylvania. He earned his medical degree from Harvard Medical School and was a Zuckerman Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School. His research and clinical interests include the use of augmented and virtual reality-based psychotherapy for PTSD management in soldiers and veterans, and he is passionately committed to improving mental health care for trainees, professionals, and executives in high-stress environments.
