Chante-Colleen Lewis

Prior to joining CORE, Chante-Colleen Lewis was a PCORI Graduate Fellow for the Community Alliance for Research and Engagement at Southern Connecticut State University. There, she implemented activities related to incorporating Community-Based Participatory Research principles between Yale researchers and New Haven community members. Over the past six years, she has worked in multiple positions at Yale New Haven Health, with her most recent position being a Business Associate at Bridgeport Hospital. She received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Southern Connecticut State University. Chante-Colleen’s health interests include healthcare reform, population health services and health policy.
