Ayed Mahmoud, MBBS

Ayed was born and raised in the cedar mountains of Lebanon. He completed his medical degree at Saint George’s University of London and the University of Maryland-Baltimore Washington Medical Center. During his medical school, he developed a special interest in surgical innovation, health equity in the surgical field, and academics all of which complements his background in Master I of Anatomy and Cardiac physiology and the post-doctoral research fellowship at the University of Maryland. He was an OSCEs clinical skills educator, and a volunteer with the United Nations to educate refugees and asylum seekers on healthcare and human rights.
