The Yale Interpreter Network (YIN) provides high-quality, pro-bono interpretation and translation services to bridge the gap between Limited English Proficient community members and social services. The immigrant community often faces language barriers when seeking such services as mental health care and legal assistance. Many organizations would like to accommodate this community but often lack the resources to do so. Time commitment can be anywhere from once a year to once a week, and you will make a significant impact in our community.
