February 17, 2014

Sarah Fineberg, MD, PhD, a fourth-year psychiatry resident in the department's Neuroscience Research Training Program, has been chosen to receive one of the Society of Biological Psychiatry’s 2014 Chairman’s Choice Awards.

The award allows Fineberg to participate in special junior Investigator programming during the Society's annual meeting and will defray costs of attendance. The Society's 2014 meeting will take place May 8th through 10th, in New York City.

Fineberg will be recognized at the President's Reception on Wednesday, May 7th.

Fineberg is currently the chief resident of the department's Neuroscience Research Training Program and has also served as the chief resident of the Clinical Neuroscience Research Unit at the Connecticut Mental Health Center. Fineberg completed her MD and PhD at University of Iowa.
