Lee receives Visiting Professorship award from Academy of Psychosomatic Medicine

Hochang Benjamin Lee, M.D., associate professor of psychiatry, associate clinical professor of nursing, and director of the Psychological Medicine Service, received a 2014 Visiting Professorship Award from the Academy of Psychosomatic Medicine (APM) during the organization’s recent annual meeting in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

Dr. Lee will visit Bayside Medical Center and Tufts University School of Medicine to consult on the development of collaborative clinical research projects, innovative integrated care models, and an advanced training program in psychosomatic medicine.

The APM Visiting Professorship Program promotes the understanding and practice of psychosomatic medicine by sponsoring collaborations between host institutions and visiting faculty. The award is presented based on the potential value or impact of the visit and the qualifications of the professor.
