Karen S. Anderson, Ph.D., Professor of Pharmacology, has been awarded a one-year, $413,750 high-priority bridge grant from the National Institute of Allergy & Infectious Diseases. Her project, entitled, “Exploring Novel Targeting Strategies for AIDS Protozoal Pathogens,” has been funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
