  • Virtual Global Health Conference Registration Deadlines:

  • The National Institutes of Health will host Advancing Environmental Health Equity Through Implementation Science on Monday Feb 28 (11-5pm EST) and Tuesday March 1st (11-445pm EST). For more information and to register, click here.
  • Fordham University is offering a HIV and Drug Abuse Prevention Research Ethics Training Institute July 18-22, 2022 and July 2023. Deadline to apply is Feb 23rd, 2022. For more info, click here.
  • Stanford University and the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine announce a new Planetary Health Postdoctoral Fellowship. Applications due January 31, 2022. Learn more here.
  • Yale Institute for Global Health is hosting Dr. David Miliband, President and CEO of International Rescue Committee speaking on “Sustaining Health and Well-Being in the Face of Disaster” on Wednesday February 16th at 4pm. Click here.
  • Applications are now being accepted for the inaugural Yogesh Khanal Pilot Project Award! This opportunity provides $2500 for a mentored clinical research or medical education project over 12 months. The deadline for applications is March 1, 11:59pm.   • The application platform is now open for the Department of Internal Medicine’s Cross-Distinction Resident Academic Fund! Through this fund, residents will have the opportunity to apply for awards of up to $500 per year. This money is intended to cover costs associated with presenting your Distinction Pathway-related work at a local, regional, national, or international conference, or other academic activities related to your participation in the Distinction Pathway. All Distinction Pathway residents are encouraged to apply, however, preference will be given to PGY-3s and PGY-4s, as well as (in the future) residents who have not previously received an award from this fund.
