Applications Are Open for Thorne Prize for Social Innovation in Health or Education

Want $25,000 to support a social enterprise or innovation in health or education? Applications for the Thorne Prize for Social Innovation in Health or Education are now open. Brought to you by InnovateHealth Yale.

The Thorne Prize is a $25,000 cash prize awarded to the best student-led venture focused on health or on education. The winner of the Thorne Prize receives automatic acceptance into the Tsai Center for Innovative Thinking at Yale Summer Fellowship (summer program with a $15,000 stipend) and legal and marketing support for their venture.

The Thorne Prize will be part of Startup Yale on April 5, 2019, bringing together Yale’s biggest entrepreneurship awards in two days packed with pitches, prizes, and world-changing ideas.

Applications are due at 11:59 p.m. on March 8, 2019.
