Yale School of Medicine, Department of Surgery Welcomes Dr. Tomer Avraham

Please join us in welcoming Dr. Tomer Avraham to the Yale School of Medicine, Department of Surgery. Dr. Avraham joined the Department as an Assistant Professor in the Section of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Avraham is the Acting Director of the Microvascular Breast Reconstruction Program. He comes to us from Mount Sinai Health System where he was an Assistant Professor for two years.

Dr. Avraham received his undergraduate degree in Biology with a minor in History from Tufts University and his MD from Tufts University School of Medicine. He was a resident at NYU Langone Medical Center and a research fellow at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
