Biography
Dr. Moore is a psychiatrist at VA Connecticut and directs the VISN 1 Clinical Resource Hub (CRH). The VISN 1 CRH provides mental health, primary care, and specialty care services across New England to underserved VA facilities. His research is in the implementation of complex clinical services treatments via telemedicine and how virtual training programs can support the adoption of evidence-based practices. He is PI for the VA Office of Rural Health (ORH) National Mental Health and Suicide Prevention ECHO and mPI for the VA ORH National TeleNephrology Hub and Spoke Network.
