Biography
Dr. Guangyu Tong is Assistant Professor of Cardiovascular Medicine and Biostatistics, and a faculty member at the Center for Methods of Implementation and Prevention Science. He is an experienced biostatistician in both clinical trials and observational studies. His methodological research focuses on pragmatic trial design and analysis, implementation science methods, causal inference, Bayesian statistics, missing data, and meta-analysis. His empirical research spans cardiovascular medicine, gun violence, mental health, crime and delinquency, substance use disorder, social vs. genetic determinants of health, and the well-being of immigrants and minorities.
