Moms Who Measure: Navigating Academic and Industry Careers
An International Women's Month Mentoring Session
Currently, women CEOs run just 10.4% of Fortune 500 companies, and only 27% of academic mothers get tenure. It can - and must - get so much better than this. In this virtual mentoring session, a panel of highly successful scholars of education and applied measurement will share their insights on navigating academia and industry as women - and specifically, mothers - who measure.
The panel will feature:
- Dr. Fumiko Hoeft, Campus Dean and Chief Administrative Officer, UCONN Waterbury
- Dr. Sara Rimm-Kaufman, Commonwealth Professor of Education, UVA
- Dr. Bridget Hamre, Founder and CEO of Teachstone
- Dr. Aaliyah Samuel, President and CEO of CASEL
The panel will be moderated by Dr. Christina Cipriano, Associate Professor and Director of the Education Collaboratory at Yale University. Register via Zoom.
