Smilow Wellness Workshops presents:
“Managing Stress and Building Resilience During COVID” Presented by Jacob Tebes, PhD
Trying to balance the stresses of work/home life in light of COVID? More than 4,000 healthcare workers and other members of the Yale community have attended “Stress and Resilience” Town Halls and shared what they’ve learned to help them cope -- skills that anyone can apply.
In this workshop, psychologist Jacob Tebes offers evidence-based tips and tools from these sessions to help anyone build resilience while facing work/home stress. Dr. Tebes is a professor in the Yale Department of Psychiatry, the Child Study Center and the School of Public Health. He is chief of psychology at the Connecticut Mental Health Center.
