How to Improve Written Evaluations, Assessments of Teams, and Simulated Participant Encounters

This discussion group will explore strategies to approach three trainee assessment challenges. The facilitators will each cover specific areas of assessment in brief “Burst” presentations, with time for Q&A and discussion.

Learning Objectives for the three areas of assessment presented:

  1. Appreciate the challenges in common trainee assessment methods.
  2. Explore practical methods to address challenges.
