Building Community: Recruitment, Retention, and Advancement of Latine Professionals

Last September, the Yale Program for Recovery and Community Health hosted a successful Latine Month conference at CMHC to discuss the need for our workforce to be more diverse. Attendees heard from Dr. Latimore and Dr. Mangurian, shared experiences, and networked. We're now planning another conference for September 2024 and a follow-up gathering in April 2024. Please join us for a lunch on April 24 at Yale Program for Recovery and Community Health from 11:30 to 13:30 to continue this conversation and support our Latine community at the Yale School of Medicine.
