Title: Alcohol, Firearms, and Violence: Implications for Policy and Clinical Practice
Learning Objectives:
- Understand the relationship between alcohol misuse, violence, and firearms
- Learn about policies that target alcohol misuse to reduce the risks of violence and suicide
- Acquire clinical tools for intervening with patients whose alcohol misuse elevates their risk of firearm injury.
Addiction Medicine Grand Rounds are CME accredited. Each session will be assigned 1 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM.
