Vivian Vigliotti, PhD

Vivian S. Vigliotti, PhD, MSc, is a Health Outcomes Researcher II on the Quality Measurement Team at the Center for Outcomes Research and Evaluation.

Dr. Vigliotti is a multidisciplinary researcher whose work uses real-world data and evidence to improve the health outcomes of vulnerable populations. She has published in a variety of journals ranging from global health to economics.

Her professional experiences include work in infectious disease epidemiology, public health and emergency medicine within Yale University and Yale New Haven Health. Dr. Vigliotti has a PhD in Health Services Research and an MSc in Economics.

At CORE, Dr. Vigliotti is currently leading teams relating to novel and annual quality measures for Centers for Medicare and Medicaid outpatient contracts.
