YES!: Values-Based Leadership in Medical Education: The WISER Approach with David Della-Giustina, MD

This session introduces a values-based framework for leadership in medical education, focusing on the WISER principles: Well-being, Integrity, Service, Empathy, and Respect. Participants will explore how values-based leadership enhances team culture, supports learners, and strengthens educational programs. Through case discussions and reflection, educators will identify practical strategies to apply these values in their own leadership roles.
