Rise and Shine! Mindful Movement in the Morning
Begin your day with mindful movement, breath and balance. Join Danielle Casioppo, MS, RYT, Education Specialist, Registered Yoga Teacher with Being Well at Yale, for an energizing wellness session which focuses on gentle stretching, basic seated and standing yoga postures, and yogic breathing practices to increase vitality and joy.
No matter where you are in the world, we are all experiencing new changes and challenges due to COVID-19. As a Yale Affiliate, you are invited to join the Rise and Shine group and connect with others as we support our own well-being through our practice in a way that is both meaningful and fun.
Suitable for all ability levels. No experience required. Participants should wear clothes suitable for movement.
Tuesdays are chair / standing practices. Fridays are floor-work which requires a mat or towel.
