Biography
Chelsea Wallace, M.Ed., is a higher education and academic operations professional with extensive experience in medical education, curriculum management, and learner development. She currently serves as Manager of the Pre-Clerkship Integrated Course Curriculum and the inaugural Longitudinal Coaching Program at Yale School of Medicine, where she oversees the operations of more than 2,300 instructional sessions annually, facilitates cross-departmental collaboration, and leads initiatives that strengthen academic operations, compliance, and student support.
Chelsea’s career spans roles in admissions, executive MBA program management, and career development coaching. Across these roles, she has consistently advanced student success, optimized complex operational systems, and fostered strong partnerships among faculty, administrators, and institutional stakeholders. Her work is grounded in a commitment to educational excellence, data-informed decision-making, and continuous program improvement.
She holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies, both from Texas Tech University. Chelsea is currently pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, with a focus on applying analytics, machine learning concepts, and strategic insights to medical education, organizational leadership, and academic operations.
