Biography
Chelsea Wallace, M.Ed., is a program and operations professional in medical education at Yale School of Medicine, where she supports the Pre-Clerkship Curriculum and Longitudinal Coaching Program.
She is particularly interested in how complex systems function, and how thoughtful alignment can improve their performance. Her work centers on translating strategy into execution within multi-stakeholder environments through coordination, data-informed decision-making, and sustained partnership with faculty and leadership. She leads the strategic operations underlying more than 2,300 curricular sessions annually, supporting over 200 medical students and collaborating with more than 100 faculty physician stakeholders.
Chelsea’s approach is both analytical and human-centered. She focuses on identifying opportunities for improvement, strengthening processes, and fostering shared accountability to support consistent, high-quality program delivery. Her work often sits at the intersection of people, systems, and performance, where meaningful progress requires both insight and alignment.
Prior to her current role, Chelsea held positions in graduate business education, career services, and undergraduate admissions at Texas Tech University, where she focused on student development, stakeholder engagement, and data-informed program improvement. Across these roles, she developed a strong foundation in relationship management, program coordination, and using data to guide strategic initiatives.
She holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Texas Tech University and is currently pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science.
