Chelsea Wallace, MEd

Chelsea Wallace, M.Ed., is an information systems and academic operations professional with extensive experience supporting complex, enterprise-level systems in medical education and higher education environments. She currently serves as Manager of the Pre-Clerkship Integrated Course Curriculum and the Longitudinal Coaching Program at Yale School of Medicine, where she supports the systems, data, and workflows underlying more than 2,300 instructional sessions annually.

In her role, Chelsea partners closely with faculty, administrators, and senior leadership to translate stakeholder needs into system requirements, support enterprise platforms, analyze workflows, and deliver data-informed insights that guide academic and operational decision-making. Her work sits at the intersection of systems support, process optimization, and institutional strategy, with a focus on improving scalability, consistency, and user experience across complex academic environments.

Chelsea’s career spans roles in academic program management, executive MBA administration, admissions, and career development. Across these roles, she has built a strong reputation for optimizing systems, improving data flows, and fostering cross-functional collaboration in support of institutional goals.

She holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech University. Chelsea is currently pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, focusing on the application of analytics, emerging technologies, and decision-support systems to academic operations, medical education, and organizational strategy.
