Recent research shows that emotionally intelligent leadership creates positive ripple effects for educator well-being. Now, more than ever, schools and districts are faced with the critical venture of cultivating more emotionally intelligent school systems. “Emotionally Intelligent Leadership: Pathway to Educator Well-Being and Engagement” is a two-day symposium designed for superintendents, SEL directors, principals, and other district and school-level administrators committed to growing their emotion skills while enhancing the well-being, engagement, and performance of their staff.
Subsidized by a generous gift from the Seedlings Foundation, this symposium will unpack the new science of emotional well-being, insightful assessments, and research-backed tools that help schools address burnout, enhance engagement, and cultivate school communities where all members flourish.School and district teams of two (2) to five (5) will engage with like-minded peers and experts from the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence in interactive sessions focusing on cutting-edge science and practical, actionable strategies to achieve their goals.
