Research Summary
I study ways to enhance the culture of academic medicine. My scholarship draws upon my work developing, disseminating, and evaluating leadership development programs, including coaching and related interventions.
Previously, I studied applications of attachment theory to the parenting needs and strengths of mothers facing a variety of life challenges.
