Dr. James P. Comer Named to List of 125 Most Influential in Connecticut’s History

The New Haven Register selected James P. Comer, MD, MPH, the Maurice Falk Professor of Child Psychiatry at the Yale Child Study Center and the founder and director of the School Development Program, as one of the 125 most influential people in Connecticut history. The list, published in a special section of the Sunday, June 16, 2013 edition, includes inventors, composers and musicians, athletes, politicians, entrepreneurs, activists, actors, and educators. Luminaries from Connecticut’s past such as Eli Whitney, Roger Sherman, Noah Webster, Mark Twain, and Harriet Beecher also made the list.
