Overview
Anna Shlionsky Bader, MD, is a radiologist who specializes in cardiac imaging and thoracic radiology. She focuses on capturing detailed images of the heart, lungs, and chest to help detect and manage a range of conditions that affect these vital areas. Dr. Bader uses various imaging methods to guide accurate diagnoses and support effective treatment plans.
As an assistant professor of radiology and biomedical imaging at Yale School of Medicine, Dr. Bader conducts research aimed at improving imaging technologies and their applications in thoracic and cardiac conditions. Her work centers on reducing the need for invasive procedures by enhancing the clarity and depth of noninvasive imaging.
Dr. Bader received her medical training from Mount Sinai School of Medicine and completed her residency in diagnostic radiology at Montefiore Medical Center, where she also pursued a fellowship in cardiothoracic imaging.
