Ryan Bitar, MD

Ryan Bitar joined Yale in 2021 as part of the integrated Interventional Radiology residency program. Prior to beginning residency, He completed his medical school education at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio where he graduated with an MD with a Distinction in Research. His mentors and experiences in medical school led him to develop a fascination for the ever-evolving field of IR and innovative translational research. Ryan is excited to pursue his primary interests of novel therapeutic/diagnostic techniques and interventional oncology while training at Yale. Outside of medicine Ryan enjoys cooking, comedy, and playing music.
