NIH All of Us Data Training Series: An Introduction to the All of Us Researcher Program
Registration is required.
This class will cover the program's purpose, data sources, storage, creating datasets, and analytic tools available through the Researcher Workbench. Participants will also have a chance to create a user account and register for data access.
Learning objectives
- By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Explain the All of Us program
- Identify key data sources
- Understand how data are stored
- Create datasets using the cohort builder + dataset builder
- Explain some of the analytic methods available for All of Us data
- Create a user account and workspace
Technical requirements (software packages, BYO computer, etc.)
- BYO Computer
- If you intend to create an All of Us account, bring an official government-issued ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.)
