Biography

Jennifer Seibyl is the assessment manager at the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence. She works to bridge research and practice by assisting YCEI researchers on developing novel SEL assessments and creating and maintaining relationships with partnering schools. She also works on components of RULER and inspirED.

Previously, Ms. Seibyl worked at McLean Hospital on a male adolescent residential unit treating young men with emerging borderline personality traits. Ms. Seibyl holds a B.A. in Psychology from Skidmore College and a M.Ed. in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University.
